We appreciate your business with RATED GREEN and look forward to achieving a mutual success. 

We have been receiving numerous wholesale offers and requests from international companies and individuals. 

To make the process more clear and transparent, we are delighted to introduce the RATED GREEN wholesale guideline.


MOA : The minimum order amount for wholesale purchase has to be over USD 5,000

Price : The price varies on the order volume. After the candidate review is completed, we will provide with our price list by email.

Candidate review : Please send us your business profile along with network and marketing plan to info@rhnb.co.kr 

After a careful review, only selected companies/individuals will be allowed for the wholesale distribution in selected countries.

For countries where we have an exclusive distributor, we will not provide any wholesale service.

In which currency is my payment made?

All purchases made on our website will be shown as USD when you make the payment. 

However, once the transaction has been completed it will automatically convert into the currency that matches your 

card information or your bank account in the case of wire transfer.

Where do I sign up for an account?

In order to get our member-exclusive benefits including discount vouchers, 

event notifications, and samples, you must sign up for a member in our Home page.

How can I pay with my credit/debit card using Paypal?

You will be directed to sign in and verify your account if you choose to pay by Paypal.

Once your Paypal account has been verified, you will either be asked to put in your credit/debit card information 

OR if your card information is already synced to your Paypal account, it will take you to the next step and lead you to pay for your purchase.

How do I pay through wire transfer?



A If you chose to pay for your products with wire transfer option, 

please refer to the bank information below to which you should make the payment.

 Depending on your bank and your country’s system, 

you can either take this information to the local bank to make the wire transfer 

OR make the wire transfer online via your bank’s online system.

Customs Related Issues

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. 

Orders shipped outside of South Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. 

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, 

which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. 

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; RATED GREEN has no control over these charges, 

nor can RATED GREEN predict what they may be. 

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. 

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

What is the Return Policy?

RATED GREEN can only accept returns for items purchased through www.ratedgreenglobal.com 

If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer or the store directly.

If you would like to return the items for any reason, we will gladly accept them. Please return them in their original packaging, 

unopened and unused, within 30 days of the delivered date. 

We will issue a refund to your original method of payment. 

Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded and that some products on sale may not be refundable with prior notice. 

All returns will be charged with a restocking fee (10% of the purchase amount), and it will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please note that partial order cancellations are not available.

All return refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center.

Please note that our return policy may change at any time without notification.

Delivery Failure

If a parcel does not reach a customer within 60 days of shipping, we regard it as missing.

In these cases, we can re-send a new parcel or process a refund.



- Unclaimed Return


Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

 Therefore, make sure to enter correct address and contact information.

What if I received a defective item or a product I did not order?

If you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team

(Q&A, Contact Us or email: info@rhnb.co.kr). 

We will investigate on the issue and replace with a new product. 

You do not have to return the product to us. Please make sure to enter your contact information 

and photo(s) of the parcel for better and faster assistance.

When can I expect the order?

All orders are prepared and shipped out from RATED GREEN warehouse located in Korea. 

Processing takes 2 to 3 business days. 

Once your order is shipped, you will be able to see the shipment details on “My page”. 

The estimated delivery time is 10~35 business days.

Please note circumstances out of our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, holiday delays, etc.

 may cause shipping delays and postponements.
