1. Delivery time and Carrier
All orders are prepared and shipped out from RATED GREEN warehouse located in South Korea. Processing takes 2 to 3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will be able to see the shipment details on “My Orders” page. The estimated delivery time is 10~35 business days.
K-Packet: 20 ~ 35 business days
EMS: 15 ~ 20 business days
DHL: 10 ~ 15 business days
Estimted time of delivery is based on the worse case scenerio ( it usually takes shorter to reach most countries )
Please note that circumstances out of our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.

3. Delivery Failure
- Missing
If a parcel does not reach a customer within 60 days, we consider it as missing. In these cases, we can re-send a new parcel or process a refund.
- Unclaimed Return
Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Customs Related Issues
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.
Orders shipped outside of South Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
